| You may not participate in lite fm contests if you have won any lite fm prize within the past 60 days (180 days for prizes valued at least $600). Winners are responsible for any and all taxes. You must be 18 years of age or older to win. Only 1 winner per household. You will have 30 DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE and sign an acceptance form at the lite fm offices at 4131 N. Central Expressway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75204. If the prize has not been picked up within the 30 day period, the prize is forfeited. Contest prizes are non-transferable and can not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Employees of CBS radio, it's corporate licensees, it's affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Dallas metropolitan area and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. lite fm will request the right to use the name and/or voice of any participant on the air to promote the station and/or contest. lite fm reserves the right to amend contest rules at any time.
